Descripción

Nado con Propósito es un servicio de entrenamiento de natación estructurado, orientado a personas de cualquier nivel que deseen mejorar su técnica, resistencia y eficiencia en el agua de forma progresiva y medible. Las sesiones se llevan a cabo en la alberca olímpica techada del Parque Ecológico Pich Kaan en Mérida y son impartidas por un entrenador titulado que ajusta el plan de trabajo según el nivel de cada participante al inicio. El programa incluye evaluación inicial de nado, asignación de carril por nivel (principiante, intermedio o avanzado), series de entrenamiento con tiempos, trabajo de patada y brazada por estilos, y retroalimentación técnica al cierre de cada sesión. Apto para personas desde los 10 años en adelante, con o sin experiencia previa en entrenamiento formal.
